Robert Stringfellow is a Cybersecurity SME, who provides resource management and troubleshooting skills that meet the needs and expectations of a wide range of US government, corporate and consultant clients. Stringfellow began his career in the US Army where he worked in Mobile Communication Systems, Information Systems and Telecommunications for eight years. Following this experience, Stringfellow was recruited to assist in the White House Communication Agency (WHCA) during the President Clinton and President Bush era leading efforts to manage the Presidential Emergency Actions console and assisting in telecommunications needs. After his work in the White House, Stringfellow was employed at top technology consultancy firms, such as Computer Hi-Tech Management and Brandon Technology Consultant where he spent four years developing and monitoring network security, and telecommunications needs for a diverse roster of US government and Fortune 500 clientele.
In 2005, Stringfellow founded Megadata Technology to bring his vast experience and skills in cyber security, and information assurance to a wide range of high security clearance level clients in Washington, DC and beyond. Clients include Brandon Technology Consultant, Inc; CACI; Delta Dental of California; Delta Dental of Michigan; Information System Security Solutions; Cherry Road Consulting; and Maritime Telecommunication Networks Government Services on their prospective contracts. Stringfellow’s qualifications include an active Secret security clearance as well as a previous Top Secret (TSCI/TSBI) clearance with Presidential Access (Deactivated Sep 2002). His experience in this field has ranged from four years of voice network, two years of data network Disaster Recovery/Continuity Operation planning and execution experience, along with 20 years of IT and telecommunication experience. He was selected among the top 1% of the Armed Forces to serve duty at the White House Communication Agency. He has acquired certifications in Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified HIPPA Security Professional (CHSP), MCSE, CCNA, CNA, A+, Network Engineering & Management, Presidential Communication-Switching Team Leader, Presidential Emergency Action Supervisor and Controller, Leadership and Group Management, Primary Leadership Development, Tier I & II DoD Communication-Electronics, DoD Communication Specialist, New Horizon Project Management Fundamentals, Information Assurance Security Officer, and Internet Security System and System Scanner. Stringfellow is currently a lifetime member of the 1600 Communication Association; an honorary committee member of the 24th Annual Helen Hayes Awards; and has served as a founding member of the National Civil Rights Museum 40 under 40 initiative.
