Krandall Mack has over 20 years of distinguished military experience along with over 15 years working in the PMO environment. Mr. Mack’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business from Excelsior College as well as his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. He holds a level three certification in Life Cycle Logistics through the Defense Acquisition University. Mr. Mack has extensive experience in planning, optimizing, and directing complex military and commercial operations, both in the United States and abroad.
His responsibilities at Megadata Technology include providing vision and leadership for the creation of short and long term strategic plans. Mr. Mack is responsible for customer interface, oversight of staff, business development and growth opportunities. In addition he oversees and reports annual sales, indirect budgets, monthly forecasts, and associated financial analysis. He also leads efforts to develop and improve operations through efficient integrated processes to meet requirements. Mr. Mack works closely with his Megadata peers to implement company wide initiatives, while executing and strengthening internal controls, business practices and the business infrastructure.
